👥 User Management

As an Admin, you can add users to your organization and assign them roles.

➕ Add a User

Go to the Users tab in your Admin Dashboard. Enter the person’s name, role, email, and phone number — they’ll receive an invite to join Your Case Plan.

👤 User Roles

You can add:

  • Attorneys

  • Caseworkers

  • Peer Mentors

👥 Guest Users

Guest users have limited access. This role is ideal for:

  • CASA volunteers

  • DHS workers

  • Service providers

They can view case info but don’t have full staff permissions.
