👤 How to Invite a Client
Quickly invite new clients to Your Case Plan so they can access their case details, tasks, and secure messaging.

✅ What You Can Do Here:

Open the Quick Add Menu
Click the ➕ Quick Add Client button from your dashboard.

Enter Client Info
Fill in the client’s name, email address, and phone number.

Assign Their Role
Select the appropriate role (e.g., parent, youth, etc.).

Link a Case
Use the case number to connect the client with their specific case.

Send the Invite
Click Add — the client will receive an email invite to join Your Case Plan and set up their account.

📧 Make sure the client knows to check their spam folder if they don’t see the invite within a few minutes.
