For Parents, Caregivers, and Youth:
It’s always 100% free. No one should have to pay to access their own case information.

📝 How do I create an account?

You’ll get an invite email or text from your legal team. Just follow the link to create your account and download the app.

🔑 What happens when I sign up?

  • Accept the invite
  • Create your profile
  • Join your case(s)
  • Start messaging, RSVPing to visits, and sharing documents!

👥 Users & Guests

🧑‍💼 What is a User?

A user is a professional with full app access on a case — like an attorney, caseworker/social worker, or peer mentors. Users can:

  • Manage cases
  • Communicate with clients and team members
  • Assign tasks and schedule events
  • View and update detailed case information

👀 What is a Guest?

A guest is someone invited to a case but with limited access — like a CASA volunteer or outside helper.


🔒 Guest Access Details

  • Guests only see info related to their assigned case and role.
  • For example, a CASA volunteer might see visit schedules but not all case details.
  • Guests cannot access other cases or sensitive info beyond their permissions.

💰 Funding & IV-E Funds

🏛️ How do we get IV-E funds?

This app helps organize your case but doesn’t provide funding directly. Your agency must follow state/federal rules to apply for IV-E funds, and the app helps keep everything tracked.


⚙️ Startup Process & Logistics

🏢 How does setup work?

For statewide offices:

  • The pilot program starts with selected counties/agencies.
  • Training sessions are provided to all users and partners.
  • Centralized account creation and invites sent via email.
  • Ongoing support throughout rollout.

For other or non-statewide setups:

  • Organizations can sign up separately.
  • Custom onboarding and training scheduled.
  • Admins manage invites and user roles.

💬 Communication & Security

🗨️ Can I chat with my caseworker?

Yes! Send messages, photos, and documents securely. You can chat one-on-one or in groups with people involved in your case.

🔐 Is my info safe?

👀 How do I know if someone read my message?

The app shows read receipts so you know when your message is seen.
