As an admin, you can view, organize, and manage all active cases from your dashboard.

πŸ” View Active Cases

Go to the Cases tab to see all open cases at a glance.
You can sort or filter by:

  • Court type

  • Case status

  • Assigned users

  • And more


πŸ‘₯ Assign Teams & Roles

Within each case, you can assign professionals to the right parties:

  • Attorneys

  • Caseworkers

  • Peer mentors

  • Guest users (e.g., CASA, DHS, service providers)

Each team member will only see the cases they’re assigned to.


πŸ” Manage Case Access

Admins can control:

  • Who can view or update a case

  • What permissions each user has

  • Case activity and progress in the Activity Feed
