What Are Notes?
Notes are your space to write things down — visits, meetings, calls, appointments, or anything else you want to remember or share.
You’re in control:
- 📝 Write your own updates
- 🕒 Everything is time-stamped
- 📎 You can add a photo or document, too
📲 How to Add a Note
There are two ways to add a note:
- Tap the ➕ Quick Add Note button at the top of your screen
- Or tap the 🗒️ Notes tab on the side menu, then tap +
✏️ What to Include
When you’re adding a note:
- Choose a category like Visitation, Services, Communication, Appointments, or Weekly Check-In
- Type your note in your own words
- (Optional) Add a photo, receipt, or document
- Tap Save
You’ll see the note added right away — and it will show the time and date.
💡 Examples
- “Had a great visit today at the family center.”
- “Finished week 3 of parenting classes — attached my attendance card.”
- “Talked with my peer mentor today about next steps.”
💙 Your notes help tell your story. You don’t have to wait for someone to ask — you can share your progress as it happens.
