✅ Activate Your Account (For Youth)

👋 Welcome!

This is your first step in getting started with Your Case Plan.

The app is here to help you stay connected, organized, and supported.

📩 1. Look for Your Invite

You’ll get a text message or email from Your Case Plan.

It will have a link that says "Activate Your Account."

This is sent to the phone number or email your team used to sign you up.

🔗 2. Tap the Link

Tap the “Activate Your Account” link in the message.

Then tap the button that says “Accept Invite.”

This will take you into the app.

👤 3. Complete Your Profile

You may be asked to finish setting up your profile.

This helps your team know how to contact you.

You’ll be asked to enter:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• (Optional) Add a profile photo

✅ 4. All Set

After completing your profile, you’ll go to your Dashboard.

This is your main screen — where you’ll see messages, tasks, and updates.
